Take Route 30 North to the village of Indian Lake. Turn right onto
Route 28 East. Drive a few miles past Adirondack Lake, and take the
left onto Chain Lakes Road. After you pass the Dam at the North end
or Lake Abanakee, you will be driving along Indian River. This river
flows North into the Hudson, which then flows East into the Hudson River
Gorge. You can fish this river. But be warned, the terrain is treacherous!
